Earning a First Class Degree from the University of Zurich, David's formative career included a participatory role in the commercial expansion of Lockheed Martin into Central Europe through strategic partnerships, involving the hiring and development of success-driven sales teams. His recruiting expertise spans VP Sales, CRO engagement, stakeholder relationships, and hiring strategy.

Residing in Geneva, David prioritizes a strong work-life balance. He is known for his discerning taste and enjoys a life of culinary exploration. Notably, he achieved the distinction of finalist on MasterChef Sweiss.

Steven Thomas

Steven, an LSE University graduate, embarked on a career in Public Relations with Bell Pottinger in 2002. He subsequently leveraged his communication skills to transition into senior sales operations roles at Inditex and Sotheby’s. Notably, Steven built high-performing sales teams across both tenures. He collaborates with David to secure top talent across diverse nationalities and senior sales positions, including retained Heads of Sales, Revenue, and Business Development, up to C-level.

Residing in London's Blackheath with his partner, Steven enjoys outdoor walking pursuits, along with engaging in philosophy and psychology.

Marla Kloss

Marla, a management Graduate from the University of Fribourg, brings a wealth of experience in hiring for senior roles in complex business development. She began her career at Randstad and has since held functional and senior talent program positions at IBM, Pictet & Cie, and Deloitte. Her primary sector expertise lies in finance and technology, where she specialises in appointing senior sales leaders.

Residing in Vaud, just outside of Geneva, Marla lives with her husband and daughter. Originally from Hamburg, Germany, she is an active sportswoman who enthusiastically embraces the Swiss outdoors.
